CBR's banking fees include an Enrollment Fee, Processing & Banking Fee, and a Storage Fee.

$125	Annual Storage Fee First annual storage fee will be billed once your baby's cord blood is stored at our lab. Subsequent annual storage fees are fixed at $125 per year for first 18 years. Prepay Option: Save $400 when you prepay for the first 18 years of annual fees.

International clients are responsible for the cost of shipping the collection kit to CBR's lab - please contact your representative for a shipping cost estimate.

Shipping is provided 365 days per year. Clients will receive confirmation once the kit has arrived at the lab.

Offices are located in Lima - Peru for added convenience. In Lima, the collection kit will be picked up from the hospital and transferred to the courier for shipment to the lab.

Please note: Care Credit extended payment plans are not available to International Clients. Fees are in U.S. Dollars. Enrollment fee is non-refundable. Fees apply to a single birth.
