Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Configuration of Siebel application using Siebel Tools.
- Automation of business processes using Siebel eScript and Workflow.
- Participate in application design, build, and testing of Siebel project releases.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with the following: Siebel 7 and 8 configuration and deployment.
- Microsoft Server OS and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Teamwork, analytical, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to effectively interface with technologists, business owners, and end-users.
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive configuration and application design skills.
- Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs.
- Good technical grounding with experience of systems delivery functional and technical design, build and test experience.
- Expert in Siebel Navigation, the Siebel User Interface and Siebel Tools.
- Expert in Siebel Configuration using; Business Component, Applets, Views, Joins, Pick lists and MVG/Association Applets.
- Proficient in Siebel eScript.
- Expert in Siebel’s datamodel and an understanding of a relational database.
- Exposure to Siebel’s Rule based Engines (Workflow, Assignment Manager, etc).
- Understanding of EAI, EIM and how Siebel interacts with different legacy systems.
- Proficient in the additional functionality of the Siebel Application (how it interacts with Actuate, telephony skills, etc).
Qualification Requirements:
- BA/BS
- 2 years software application development experience.
- 2 years application functional and technical design experience.

- Ability to work as a team member.
- Collaboration skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
